1,For purchases made on Amazon KEVJES Store, please contact Amazon directly.The item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. If you have any questions, please contact us ,we'd like to help with your refund on Amazon.
2,For purchases made on our official website www.kevjes.com :
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You may return items within 90 days of the date of purchase.
- The product must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photo proof that the item is in unused condition in its original packaging.
The Return Process & Shipping & Refunds
- To request a return, email info@kevjes.com with your order number and a photo of your items clearly showing their condition.
- Our customer support team will then look at your order information and authorize your return.
- Once authorized, you will send your return to the address provided at the time of authorization.
- Once received, your return will be inspected by our team and a refund will be processed automatically. The inspection and refund process may take between 2-4 days from when an item is delivered to our warehouse.
