3. Shipping & Restocking Fees

Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return/exchange is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or an error on our part, KEVJES will bear all return shipping costs.

Personal Reasons: If you are returning/exchanging due to a change of mind, size preference, or "remorse," the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Get Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the return shipping address.

Ship the Item: Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
