Hi, I am Kevin, the founder of KEVJES.
If you are reading this, chances are we share the same obsession. You probably know the feeling of tweaking hydration levels to hit that perfect 70% to 72%, reading through the DoughDoctor archives, or scrolling through the pizzamaking forums for tips on achieving the ultimate Neapolitan crust.
I have always believed that great pizza starts with perfect fermentation. But for the longest time, my 48-hour cold fermentation routine was a nightmare for my kitchen. Those bulky, commercial plastic dough boxes took up entirely too much space in my home refrigerator.
That is why I created the original Individual Pizza Dough Proofing Container. I wanted a solution that was truly practical for a home kitchen. We initially launched our 500ml and 1000ml stackable, airtight silicone containers on Amazon, and the response was beyond anything I had imagined. We sold over 10,000 units and connected with so many passionate home chefs who finally got their fridge space back.
Growing Beyond the Box
With the success of our core containers on Amazon, we began to expand our vision. I wanted to develop even more innovative, user-friendly pizza baking tools for our community. In June 2026, we proudly launched the new PopOut series, designed to make your dough prep even smoother. Why We Built Our Own Home
As our product line grew, selling exclusively on a massive marketplace started to lose its personal touch. The increasing operational pressures and rigid platform rules made it incredibly difficult for a small, independent brand like ours to talk directly with our customers. We wanted a dedicated space where we could share real dough recipes, talk about gear, and offer you a much more personal shopping experience. So, we decided to take a leap and build this website.
